Bloom and Glow Limited Warranty

For all chains, Bloom and Glow offers a limited one-year warranty from the date of purchase. To qualify for a replacement or refund, the damaged chain must be returned (return shipping cost covered by Bloom and Glow). Lost or stolen chains are not covered under the warranty or eligible for replacement. Under the limited warranty, each customer is eligible for one replacement per chain. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper wear, storage, or exposure to water or harsh chemicals. Please refer to care instructions to keep your chains in great condition.
